- Microsoft goes back to court again in June to defend bundling Internet Explorer with Windows.
- Microsoft combines activation and Genuine Advantage into Genuine Windows umbrella brand.
- There are things you can, and cannot do when upgrading to Windows 7.
- XP mode in Windows 7 will only work on Intel processors that have hardware-assisted Virtualization technology.

Software tip of the week: When dragging a file into the Windows taskbar, Windows 7 will want to pin it to the taskbar. If instead you want to open it with a program on the taskbar, drag the file while holding the shift key down.
