Windows 10 version 1909 arrives

•  Blink and you'll miss it because it's really just a small cumulative update, not a real feature update.
•  1909 is codenamed Vanadium and it appears to be going out broadly, contrary to Microsoft's description
•  Windows 10 version 1909 review: There ain't much to say here
•  Nothing major was removed or deprecated in 1909
•  Is Microsoft going to repeat its cumulative update/R2 update pattern with 20H2? I am hearing no. But they won't say publicly
•  Microsoft didn't fix feature updates. It just pretended that a small CU was a feature update.
