Earlier this week we talked about Darpa's self-hacking hack-a-thon at DefCon. Computer World reports that an autonomous system called "Mayhem" was declared the preliminary winner of the Historic Cyber Grand Challenge. Apple has announced an invitation-only security bug bounty to reward researchers who find flaws in their code. It's time to update iOS again.
