Leo Laporte and Megan Morrone discuss a robot therapist called Woebot who can help you track your mood and manage your feelings. Its not a replacement for a real therapist, but its a good (and free!) choice for people who can't talk to therapists because of cost, time, or stigma. Woebot was founded by Alison Darcy, a Clinical Research Psychologist and Adjunct Faculty in Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford School of Medicine.
