Jason Howell and Megan Morrone talk to Julie Cohen, the director of the new documentary American Veteran that tells the story of Nick Mendes. Mendes was 21 when his vehicle encountered an IED during his tour in Afghanistan as a Sergeant back in 2009. That explosion ultimately left him paralyzed from the neck down. A new documentary called American Veteran follows Nick for the five years after the event. Director Cohen explains the tech behind Nick's wheelchair and how he and his wife Wendy hack their house to make it more accessible and to help Nick play Fallout New Vegas on his Playstation.
