AT&T's Cramming Scamming
A DEA investigation leads to a cram scam charge

A DEA investigation happened to uncover a cramming scam for non-existent directory assistance for AT&T customers. There was another cramming case in 2014 where AT&T paid $105 million in refunds, but no real changes were made.
