UC Davis graduate students Aaron Stillmaker, Jon Pimentel, Timothy Andreas, Bin Liu, Anh Tran, Emmanuel Adeagbo, and Brent Bohnenstiehl teamed up with professor Bevan Baas to create the KiloCore, the world’s first 1,000-processor chip. They recently presented it at the 2016 Symposium on VLSI Technology and Circuits in Honolulu.
