iOS Pick: Moodnotes
Megan Morrone's app cap on iOS Today 380 is Moodnotes from ustwo, the same developers behind Monument Valley. Based on cognitive behavioral therapy, Moodnotes is a way to track your mood and establish trends. This can help you develop healthier thinking habits, learn how to avoid pitfalls in your thinking, increase your self-awareness, and enhance your overall well-being.
To make an entry, you just swipe up or down to rate your current mood. Then you can add more specific positive/negative feelings and document what's currently happening that might contribute to those feelings. After you've logged entries, you can see a graph of your mood over time.
Moodnotes also has an Apple Watch app with a simple interface for making quick entries.
