The US government just launched Code.gov, a new platform designed to improve access to the federal government's custom-developed software. The NFL continues to experiment with digital distribution with its announcement of an exclusive deal with YouTube and Google to create a nine-part series looking at the "life in and around the NFL". Apple has heard our dongle woes and they're dropping prices, at least until the end of the year. Samsung is recalling 2.8 million top-loading washing machines. And Adobe showed off a new unreleased tool at it’s MAX event called Project VoCo that actively synthesizes anyone's voice, making someone say things they never actually said.
