What's Up With Women in Tech
Happy International Women's Day. Bill Gates took to Reddit for an AMA today. We cover the highlights. CC chairman Tom Wheeler announced that they are modernizing the government's Lifeline program that provides phone service to the poor. Later this month, the Federal Communications Commission will vote on changing Lifeline's subsidy to offer low-income Americans $9.25 a month to purchase either home internet service or cellular data.
