Andy Ihnatko's pick this week is PBS's new Apple TV app that was added in the latest update to Apple TV. Just tell the app what your local PBS station is, and you'll be able to find all of the programming that station has to offer.
In addition to local content, it also has shows like Frontline, Austin City Limits and American Masters. It's not just the current week's shows, either. The PBS app has a lot of older shows available for streaming as well.
If you're a fan of PBS, then this is yet another channel you can watch without needing cable TV. It's a great way to add more value to the Apple TV for free. To find out more, check out MacBreak Weekly episode 377.
