Father Robert Ballecer, SJ met with Eric Kingdom, Senior European Technical Marketing Manager at Sony, while at IFA in Berlin, Germany. The Japanese giant’s Signature Series includes the NW-WM1Z Walkman. This Walkman has been reimagined and designed with the true audiophile in mind. It includes Sony’s High Resolution Audio which accounts for the amazing sound quality, but it’s constitution is equally impressive. The body is crafted from oxygen free copper and then plated in gold, to give it a refined and satisfying feeling. But that level of engineering comes doesn’t come cheap, be prepared to part with $3,200 to be exact!
