Microsoft Ends the 10 Year Run of the Xbox 360

In a blog post thanking the Xbox 360 after over ten years of age, Microsoft mentioned that they won't be manufacturing any new consoles of the old platform. They will still be supporting the system through Xbox Live going forward.
