Tip: Transform All Text From Upper Case to Lower Case

Becky Worley, tech correspondent for Good Morning America, has a tip for changing capital letters to to lower case in Word. If you highlight all the text, there's a dropdown menu in Word that will allow you to change the case of the letters all at once. But there's an even faster way to do it.

First, highlight the text that you'd like to change. Then hold down FN + Shift + F3, and it will cycle through all of the cases. Not only will it just switch between lower and upper case, it'll also transform your text into title case, where the first letter in every word is capitalized.
