Windows Pick: Microsoft Dictation for Office

Paul Thurrott's pick of the week on Windows Weekly 523 is Microsoft Dictate for Office, which was recently released from Microsoft Garage. This adds dictation capability to the core Office desktop applications. Instead of adding this feature directly to Office where it would be only included in the newest version, this is a Win32 plugin that will work on both Office 2013 and Office 2016. It won't work on Windows 10S, however.

Microsoft Dictate for Office works on both Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, and Word, PowerPoint, and Excel can take advantage of it. It can handle translation as well, so you can speak in one language and it will type it out in another.
