Hardware Pick: Yi 4K Action Camera

Andy Ihnatko's pick of the week on MacBreak Weekly 524 is Yi 4K Action Camera. This is a beautifully built 4K camera that can go all the way down to 240fps at 720p. It has built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and a 330ppi retina touchscreen on the back, making operation simple.

The Yi 4K Action Camera has a tripod mount built into it, along with a 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope. The battery lasts for 2 hours when shooting 1080p HD video. It also is capable of 12MP still photos.

The Yi 4K Action Camera has a companion app for iOS and Android. It comes in three color options - Night Black, Pearl White, and Rose Gold, and costs $249.
