Android Pick: Live on YouTube

The winner of last week's App Arena from All About Android 287 was Myriam Joire's pick: Live on YouTube by Emoze. The official YouTube app from Google can't do live streaming quite yet, but this app will let you do very high quality streaming from your phone.

After you set it up, it will log into your YouTube account when you launch the app. Then you can set it to Private, Public, or Unlisted, and you can choose between 1080p, 720p, or 480p resolution. It can switch between the front-facing and rear-facing camera, you can set it to manual focus or leave it on auto, adjust the brightness, turn on the camera's flash, and mute/unmute the microphone.

Before you start your video, you can enter a title for it, and then share it to Twitter, Facebook, Google Plus, text message, or email. This will give them the link to the YouTube video that they can watch live.
