Twitter announced new tools for reporting harassment, making it faster and easier to take action on abuse by Twitter trolls, haters, bullies, stalkers, racists, misogynists and creepy weirdos. The company also made their "blocking" feature a little more like actual blocking. The changes will gradually roll out the new feature this month. Twitter promised more such changes in the future.
