Alex Lindsay's pick of the week on MacBreak Weekly 409 is Litely. This is a simple, yet elegant photo editor for iOS. This lets you quickly add film-inspired tones to photos, as well as adjust the crop, exposure, sharpness, vibrance, and more. Litely is a free app and comes with 9 professionally-crafted presets. An additional 36 presets are available as in-app purchases. The developer says there are even more new packs arriving in future updates.
Litely offers an interesting mix of control and fluidity by utilizing dragging gestures for making adjustments. It also has smart adjustments that can automatically make adjustments to the composition, exposure, sharpness and vibrance of a photo. All changes are non-destructive, so you can change or undo your edits at any time. The original photo is always preserved in the app. Once you're done enhancing the photo, you can two-finger tap to alternate between the "before" and "after."
