Game Pick: Goat Simulator

Goat Simulator

Leo's pick of the week is Goat Simulator from Coffee Stain Studios. For better or worse, this is exactly what it sounds like. It simulates being a goat. The developers describe this as a "small, broken and stupid game." It's a lot like Garry's mod, which is a sandbox game where you can explore and build, except this is centered around a goat wrecking things.

This is no ordinary goat, though. This is an immortal goat that can lick and smash things, use a jetpack, defy gravity, blow stuff up, and just cause mass chaos. This is pretty much the worst goat you've ever seen -- in more ways than one. If you've ever wondered what life would be like as a goat, (and haven't we all?) then look no further than Goat Simulator!

Goat Simulator was just released on April 1 on Steam. Unfortunately, Mac and Linux users won't be able to play just yet. The developers don't have a date for when it will be done, but they sound very passionate and committed to these goats, for some reason.

Goat Simulator costs $9.99. To watch the Goat Simulator trailer and to buy the game, visit Goat-Simulator.com. To see Leo's explanation of it, check out MacBreak Weekly episode 396.
